CRAIG COLRAINE Craig was called to the bar in 1991. He received his LL.B in 1989 and his LL.M in bankruptcy and insolvency in 1999, both from Osgoode Hall Law School. He completed his undergraduate degree in Vancouver obtaining a BA Hons. from the University of British Columbia in 1986. Craig articled with the Crown Law Office - Civil, of the Ministry of the Attorney General, and also worked for a short time in the Ministrys constitutional law branch before being called to the bar and joining the firm as an associate in 1991. Craig was admitted to the partnership in February 1994. Craigs practice encompasses commercial, bankruptcy and insolvency, employment and some construction litigation. Craig has also developed a particular interest in representing professionals before discipline tribunals. Craig has appeared at all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal and as well before various tribunals including the Ontario College of Pharmacists and the Ontario College of Nurses. Many of Craigs numerous cases have been reported . Craig has been a guest judge for the well respected Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop directed by Professor Gary D. Watson through Osgoode Hall Law School. In the academic year 2000/2001 Craig also assisted in developing and taught a transportation law course for non lawyers offered by Centennial College.
