Eva Melamed is an associate in our litigation group. She practises in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, regularly appearing before the court on motions, pre-trials, examinations, and settlement conferences.

Eva graduated with a BA (Honours) in Political Science from McGill University in 2002. While at McGill, Eva was the team captain and a two-time All Canadian Team selection as a member of the McGill varsity soccer team. In 2001, she was awarded the Chantal Navert Memorial Award as the most outstanding female soccer player in Canadian Interuniversity
Sport. In that same year, she was selected to represent Canada at the World University Games in Beijing.

Eva received her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.

Prior to joining BSLSC, Eva articled at and practised at another
prominent Toronto law firm.

Eva is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
