Jacqueline Peeters joined the firm in 2005. She specializes in Family Law.

Jacqueline obtained an Honours English degree from McGill University and a law degree from the University of Toronto.

She initially practised with a firm in downtown Toronto with an exclusive practise in Family Law. She has appeared in courts in Toronto and throughout southern Ontario. She concentrates in all areas of Family Law including custody, access, support and property disputes, both litigated and negotiated.

Jacqueline is trained in Collaborative Family Law and believes in the benefits of settling family matters without resort to the courts whenever possible. She understands the importance of reaching a long-term settlement that the parties are committed to maintaining and is dedicated to her client’s interests.
