JERRY BIRENBAUM

Called to the Bar with honours in 1965.

Mr. Birenbaum has been a partner of the firm since 1969, and specializes in commercial and product liability litigation. Mr. Birenbaum is also active as an advocate before administrative tribunals, acts on behalf of interested parties at inquests, and is an experienced criminal defence lawyer.

Mr. Birenbaum is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, the Lawyers Club, the Osgoode Society and the Criminal Lawyers Association.

He is active in community affairs and is a member of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and a founding director of Oolagen Community Services.
