Kobi joined the firm in 2009. He will be working in the areas of wills and estate administration and planning, corporate commercial and real estate.

A native of Toronto, Kobi received his undergraduate degree in political science from University of Western Ontario in 2002 and his J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy in 2006. After graduating from law school, he was recruited to the Global Management Training Program at Labatt Breweries of Canada and spent a year in a corporate setting as part of a large multinational company. While at Labatt, Kobi was assigned to the in-house legal department, where he worked on international transactions.

Kobi was admitted to the New York Bar in 2008 and received his Canadian legal accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation in the same year. After articling at BSLSC etc, he was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2009. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Kobi is presently pursuing an LLM degree, specializing in tax, at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Kobi is an avid hockey and golf player, loves music and the outdoors.
