STANLEY LANDAU Called to the bar in 1978. Osgoode Hall (LLB-1976). University of Toronto (1971-1973). Mr. Landau has been a partner of the firm since 1991, and practices corporate/commercial and real estate law, as well as estate planning and administration. Mr. Landau has particularly wide experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law, and mortgage transactions. He has a special interest in legal issues relating to the liabilities and obligations of real estate agents and brokers and frequently lectures real estate agents and brokers on legal topics. In conjunction with his estate planning practice, Mr. Landau has developed a specialized expertise with respect to the Substitute Decision Act and the law relating to Powers of Attorney.
