Sarah joined BSLSC in 2022. She specializes and practices residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates planning and estates administration.

Before joining BSLSC, Sarah practiced law in both residential and commercial real estate in a firm in north Toronto where she acted on several multi-million-dollar acquisitions and dispositions. Sarah’s previous legal experiences include working as an in-house lawyer for an international property management and real estate service company, with experience in wills and estates planning and administration.

Following graduation from law school in the United Kingdom, Sarah interned in the office of the President of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague. Prior to practicing law, Sarah worked on the development side on a number of major condominium projects located in Toronto’s King Street West area.

Sarah uses her unique social skills and decade-long experience in real estate to limit any exposure or risk where possible and obtain the most efficient outcome achievable. With estate planning, Sarah understands the sensitive nature of the subject and aims to put each client at ease knowing that their wishes are clearly articulated.
